National team head coach Abrham Teklehaimanot said that beating the strong Egyptian side with this margin gives strong confidence for the next match. “I didn’t expect that we would win with such a wide margin. When we scored the second goal I told my players to go forward for the third goal. If we tried to play defensive football combined with wastage of time after the second goal it would be to the advantage of Egypt who made the tactical blunder to keep the first leg result with defensive play” the coach said.
