Born: 30 Sept 1968 Age: 44 The enigmatic Frenchman return for a second spell with Zambia just before the 2012 AFCON finals and quickly drilled the team into a competitive side that went on to win their maiden African title. Zambia beat both co-favourites Cote d’ Ivoire and Ghana as well as Senegal another side fancied to make a presence at the finals. The Frenchman is credited with turning Chipolopolo into one of the continent’s top sides. He will lead Zambia to 2013 AFCON to defend their title and his charges are currently sitting top of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. |
