The Pharaohs of Egypt will be the guests of the English team on March 3 in the historic Wembley Stadium. The English Coach, Fabio Capello, for the first match of the year for his team, had wished to have an encounter with a representation of North African football, in anticipation of the World Cup where it will play against Algeria. It will be the third match of the two countries. On January 29, 1986, in Cairo, the English side had thrashed the Pharaohs by 4-0. On June 21, 1990, during the first round of the World Cup, the English got a difficult victory; it succeeded to win thanks to a unique goal by Mark Wright. |
