130 balls made for the tournament

The Neo Swerve Beach signed "Umbro" is composed of 16 interlaced latex strips. This is the official ball for the 2021 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations, Senegal 2021. For the occasion, 130 prototypes with the coat of arms of the host country, Senegal, were made available.

Unlike a classic soccer ball, the centerpiece of Beach Soccer weighs between 400 and 440 grams and its circumference varies between 68 and 70 cm.

Built on two layers, the Neo Swerve Beach Umbro is made from embossed TPU which gives it great elasticity. Its thickness is 0.15 mm. Its flamboyant colors - green, yellow and red - in the manner of Picasso, subtly titillate the eyes.

The ball consists of 16 machine-sewn latex straps. Which makes it great for hitting and light enough for quick handling.

Its "Welcome to the party" side is an invitation to party, an event expected despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

During the official training sessions which took place this Saturday on the main field of the Beach Soccer stadium in Saly, the seven participating teams were able to test the spherical piece. The goal is to familiarize yourself with the ball.
