TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League:Dedicated pages for a special CAF competition 

The TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League – the first ever edition on African soil – will kick-off on Friday this week in Cairo and CAF has created several content platforms for the fans to stay informed before and during the competition.

The opening match will kick-off on 05 November 2021 at 16h00 (14h00 GMT).

However, the coverage of the competition will begin long before the first whistle of the tournament.

For content and special access to the teams and the players during the two-week tournament, CAF has created dedicated channels for the supporters and media. A destination page on the CAF official website will give daily stories, profiles and update on teams.

The ever-growing CAF digital community will be able to follow all the action on these pages daily and participate in global conversations. There will be special regular videos on women's football - from current players and African legends.

This is in line with CAF’s objectives of driving engagement and content to enhance the growth and development of women’s football in Africa.

The TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League is the first of its kind in Africa. For the first time, women’s club football talent will have an international platform.
