The referees ready to kick-off the competition

From 19 to 22 May 2021, the selected referees for the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations, Senegal 2021 underwent an intense preparatory program, under the supervision of refereeing experts and technical instructors.

The four-day training program was based on medical evaluation of each referee, technical training sessions and discussions on the laws of the game.

At the end of this program led by Lim Kee Chong (Mauritius), member of CAF Referees Committee, Lakhdar Benchabane (Algeria), Technical Instructor and Ramy Gamal (Egypt), in charge of Sports Technology, thirteen (13) referees have been assigned to the matches.
