TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations PAMOJA 2027: Where to Watch Matchday 1 of the Qualifiers

As Matchday 1 of the road to TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) PAMOJA 2027 kicks-off on Thursday, 24 September 2026, the spotlight will shift to African football as 48 Nations begin the battle for 24 places in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
Matchday 1 and 2 of the TotalEnergies CAF AFCON 2027 Qualifiers will be played between Thursday, 24 September and Tuesday, 6 October as teams seek to book a place at the continental finals that will be staged from 19 June to 17 July 2027.
CAF’s long-term media rights partner beIN Sport will broadcast the Qualifiers in the MENA region, including Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Libya, Djibouti, Mauritania, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Chad, Mauritius, Madagascar, France, Switzerland, United States, the South Pacific and other territories.
In the French-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa, CANAL+ will beam the Qualifiers in over 30 countries exclusively in the French language.
To ensure access to the hundreds of millions of passionate football fans in Africa, CAF continues building strong ties with Free-to-Air (FTA) Broadcasters to ensure football remains accessible on the continent.
In Cote d’Ivoire, RTI will broadcast live the match between the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations 2023 champions and the Black Stars of Ghana.
A number of other African FTA broadcasters will showcase matches on Matchday 1, including RTNC in the Democratic Republic of Congo, CRTV in Cameroon and Botswana TV.
Other African FTA broadcasters include SABC in South Africa, Azam in Tanzania, SNRT in Morocco, OnTime Sport in Egypt and RBS in Rwanda.
In Europe, a number of international broadcasters will show selected matches, including Ziggo in Netherlands, Sport TV in Portugal, Movistar in Spain and DAZN in Germany.
