Abel Xavier names 22 players for friendly encounters

Mozambique coach, Maud Khumalo has named his 22-member for next week’s freidnlies’ against Equatorial Guinea, on 7 October in Malabo and three days later on the 10th of  October against Cape Verde, in Portugal.

Abel Xavier stated that these games are essential for evaluating the players’ performance, and preparing them for their upcoming clashes against Guinea-Bissau and Namibia, in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers 2019.

The coach highlighted that these games are very crucial to create a positive atmosphere among the players and improving the teamwork.
