His father, Bill Tchato took part in the 2002, 2004 and 2008.

A bittersweet moment for the 21-year-old after they suffered a 3-1 defeat.

His father enjoyed a successful international career which was highlighted by the lifting of the 2002 title against current holders, Senegal.  He also played and lost the final of the 2008 edition against Egypt in Ghana.

The former head of national selections at the Cameroonian Football Federation has undoubtedly passed on all the recipes for his success to his worthy heir.
