Angola advance to second round of CAF Beach Soccer AFCON Senegal 2026 Qualifiers
Angola booked their place in the second round of the CAF Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations Senegal 2026 Qualifiers after overcoming Mauritius 10-3 on aggregate over two legs.
The Palancas Negras followed up a 4-0 victory in the opening encounter with a 6-3 win in the return match on Sunday, 27 September - completing a convincing passage to the second round.

Angola’s progression sets up a second-round meeting with Egypt, who were among the teams exempted from the opening stage of the qualification process.
The encounter will be Angola’s next test on the road to Senegal, with the first leg of the second round scheduled to take place between 9 and 11 October before the return fixture from 16 to 18 October.
The qualification campaign will determine the seven teams that will join hosts and reigning champions Senegal at the CAF Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations Senegal 2026, scheduled for 07 - 15 November.
With the first round now completed, the line-up for the second round has been confirmed.

Angola will face Egypt, while Libya will meet Morocco. Other exciting ties include see Côte d’Ivoire taking on Mauritania, Tanzania facing Mozambique, Seychelles against Malawi, Burundi against Uganda and Nigeria up against Ghana.
The seven second-round winners will secure their places at the continental finals alongside hosts Senegal.
