Angola continued their impressive start to the TotalEnergies CAF Futsal Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2026 with a commanding 6-0 victory over Tanzania on Wednesday, securing a second consecutive win in Group B and subsequently booking their place in the semi-finals of the competition.

Hornes Santo set Angola on their way in the sixth minute before doubling the advantage in the 13th minute, giving his side a firm grip on the contest.

Angola maintained the pressure, with Joao Cambangula taking centre stage late in the first half. He struck twice in quick succession, finding the net in the 18th and 19th minutes to send the Palancas Negras into the break with a commanding 4-0 lead.

Cambangula continued his scoring run after the restart, adding two more goals in the 35th and 36th minutes to complete a four-goal haul and seal Angola’s emphatic victory.

The result gives Angola maximum points from their opening two matches and strengthens their bid for a place in the semi-finals.
