Tunisia-Namibia, time to see things clearly

Published:

After two draws in Group B opening day, where Tunisia were held to a barren stalemate by Burkina Faso, while Namibia came from behind to have a 1-1 draw with Central African Republic, the teams need to pick up the pace in order to secure a place in the quarter-finals.

This goes through a good result for the second day, when Namibia and Tunisia lock horns this Thursday at the Cheikha Ould Boydia stadium.

Namibia gave a good impression against the Central African Republic, and despite falling by an early second half goal they returned and could have won the game at the end.

Meanwhile Tunisia who had a goalless draw against Burkina Faso would have to speed up their game to secure their first win, ne that could see them inch closer to the knockout stages.

With the possibility of taking a big step towards qualification, both teams will have to let go in a uch anticipated game in Nouakchott.
