In a highly anticipated Group B encounter, Niger is gearing up for a formidable challenge against Mali on Saturday at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, Rabat, in the ongoing TotalEnergies CAF U23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2023.

However, Niger's coach, Zakariaou Ibrahim Yahaya, has emphasized the significance of the match, affirming that they are approaching it with utmost seriousness.
