MATCH STATS: Morocco face Cameroon in TotalEnergies CAF WAFCON Morocco 2026 semi-final

Hosts Morocco and Cameroon meet in the semi-finals of the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2026 at the Moulay El Hassan Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday, 12 August. Kick-off is at 21h00 local time (20h00 GMT).

MATCH FACTS

• This game represents the second meeting between the nations at the WAFCON. Cameroon were 4-1 winners when they met in the group stage at the 2000 tournament.
• During that meeting, their opening game in Group B in South Africa, Morocco took the lead in the 13th minute through Nadia Maqdi. Cameroon levelled through Eko Njolle (17’), before three second-half goals from Antoinette Anounga (67’), Enama Abbe (89’) and Bernadette Anong (90’) secured the win.
