The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) is the administrative and controlling body for African association football; it represents the national football associations of Africa, runs continental, national, and club competitions. CAF is the biggest of the six continental confederations of FIFA and was established in 1957.
CAF is pleased to request for proposals from established, experienced, and reputable service providers with the technical and operational capacity to deliver a Translation Crew of experience and Native speaker to interpret the upcoming AFCON 2025 media events and press conferences. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with CAF’s procurement policy and commitment to transparency, competition, and operational excellence.

CAF kindly requests you to submit your Proposals for TRANSLATION CREW services (by email) in accordance with the RFP instructions, no later than: 01 December 2025, 17:00 (Cairo time). Email for submission: procurement@cafonline.com

Clarifications or inquiries regarding this RFP must be sent by email to the CAF Procurement Department via procurement@cafonline.com, no later than 24 November 2025, 17:00 (Cairo time)
CAF will respond to all received queries and share responses with all bidders who have early submitted LOI (Doc 03. LOI CAF-RRFP2025-262- Translation Crew)
