The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) is the administrative and controlling body for African association football; it represents the national football associations of Africa, runs continental, national, and club competitions. CAF is the biggest of the six continental confederations of FIFA, and was established in 1957.

CAF is pleased to invite proposals from established, experienced, and reputable service providers with the technical and operational capacity to deliver end-to-end ticketing services for AFCON 2025. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with CAF’s procurement policy and commitment to transparency, competition, and operational excellence.

You will find in the attached RFP package the following documents:

CAF kindly requests you to submit your Proposals for End-to-End Ticketing Services (by email) in accordance with the RFP instructions, no later than: 01 August 2025, 17:00 (Cairo time)

CAF will respond to all received queries and share responses with all bidders that have early submitted LOI.
