47th CAF Ordinary General Assembly Media Accreditation window open

The media accreditation application window for the 47th CAF Ordinary General Assembly is open.

The General Assembly will take place on Monday, 06 October 2025 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

It will bring together leading figures in African football, including the presidents of CAF’s 54 Member Associations, representatives from the six Zonal Unions, and senior football officials from across the continent.

Confédération Africaine de Football President Dr Patrice Motsepe will chair the General Assembly.

The media accreditation application window will close on 30 August, 2025.

Media interested in covering the event can apply via the CAF Media Channel.

Conditions for Accreditation
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a professional journalist, photographer, or media practitioner representing a recognized media outlet.
• Hold a valid press card or an official letter of assignment from their organization.
• Provide a copy of a valid passport or national ID (Only for local media in Democratic republic of Congo).
• Upload a recent, high-quality (max 6 MB), passport-style photo (head and shoulders, plain background).
• Have an active account on the CAF Media Channel.
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete; incomplete or inaccurate applications will be rejected.

All applications are subject to confirmation. Confirmation will NOT be on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will be notified and provided with further information in due course
