CAF Disciplinary Board outcome on ASKO de Kara and Kangnivi Ama Tchoutchoui

The CAF Disciplinary Board has released the verdict on the matter relating to ASKO de Kara and player Kangnivi Ama Tchoutchoui following a complaint that was lodged during the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup Match featuring ASKO de Kara (Togo) and Future F.C. (Egypt) played on 12 February 2023.

**The Facts: **

During the last season 2021/2022, Kangnivi Ama Tchoutchoui was registered with Nouadhibou FC (Mauritania) and received a three-match suspension for violent conduct during a TotalEnergies Champions League match. He served two of the matches with Nouadhibou FC.  He was included on the suspension list to be followed for the 2022-2023 season which was sent to all National Federations including the Togolese Football Federation at the beginning of the season.

The Disciplinary Board ruled that:

1.     ASKO de Kara forfeit the match against Future FC

2.     They pay a fine of USD 10, 000
