State of the art Main Media Centre Opens In Rabat ahead of TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Morocco 2025 kick off in Rabat
In an effort to give local and global media quality service, the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) and the Local Organising Committee in Morocco have opened a modern Main Media Centre (MMC) that will serve as the central hub for all accredited media covering the tournament.
The unveiling of the MMC, which will be located at the Salle couverte du complexe sportif Moulay Abdellah in Rabat, marks a significant milestone in CAF’s commitment to enhancing the media experience at Africa’s flagship football event.
Accredited media will have access to the MMC on a daily basis as follows:
Building on the success of the innovative media facilities first introduced at the TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Côte d’Ivoire 2023 in Abidjan, the Morocco 2025 MMC sets a new benchmark for media operations on the continent.
Strategically located in Rabat, the facility has a capacity for up to 2,000 media practitioners. It is designed to cater for all categories of media, including TV, Radio, Print, photographers and vloggers, ensuring seamless, comprehensive coverage of the tournament for audiences across Africa and around the world.
The MMC will offer a modern, fully equipped working environment featuring high-speed internet connectivity, comfortable working desks, printers, lockable storage and a cafeteria.
Access to the Main Media Centre will be strictly reserved to TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Morocco 2025 accredited media.
