Media Advisory on TotalEnergies CAF CC Match: Hay Al Wady v Ahly Tripoli

The CAF Interclubs Organising Committee has decided, in accordance with the competition Regulations, that the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup fixture between Hay Al Wady (Sudan) vs Ahly Tripoli (Libya) will now be played over a single leg next week, 19 September 2021.
The first leg of the fixture was initially scheduled on 12 September in Sudan but was called off due to concerns over the suitability of the match venue.
The match will now be played in Libya on 19 September 2021, in Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Benghazi at 17:00 GMT.
In case the match ends in a draw after the regulatory time, no extra time will be played, and the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout.
The winner of this match shall qualify to the second preliminary round of the competition.
