TotalEnergies CHAN Algeria 2022 Squad Lists

The 18 teams competing at the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship Algeria 2022 have submitted their squad list to CAF before the start of the tournament.

In accordance with the CHAN regulations, the list of each team can include up to 28 players.

The TotalEnergies CHAN will be contested for the first time with 18 teams including hosts Algeria, Libya, Mozambique, Ethiopia, DR Congo, Uganda, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal, Morocco, Sudan, Madagascar, Ghana, Mali, Angola, Mauritania, Cameroon, Congo and Niger.

The opening match at the Nelson Mandela Stadium will see hosts Algeria facing 2014 champions Libya in a North African derby on 13 January 2023 at 20h00 local time.

The lists can still be updated in accordance with the rules regarding players’ eligibility or in case of force majeure.
