WATCH LIVE: TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship 2024 Preliminary Draw

The official draw for the TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 Qualifiers will take place on Wednesday, 09 October in Cairo, Egypt.

The draw will be conducted at 14h00 Cairo time (11h00 GMT) and will be streamed live on CAF’s Official YouTube channel, CAF TV.

Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania will host the uniquely designed CAF competition that reserved for players plying their trade in their respective countries between 01 – 28 February 2025

A total of 40 nations will be engaged in the draw to determine the first of two rounds of qualifiers to determine the final teams that will qualify for the eighth edition of the tournament.

The first round of qualifiers will be played on the weekend of 25 – 27 October and 01 – 03 November 2024, with the second round confirmed for 20 – 22 December and 27 – 29 December 2024.
